30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used nasal strips (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Request a Return
- Email us at moskobrosko1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at moskobrosko1@gmail.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
