1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from Travio (traviopack.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

2. About Travio Travio is an online store specializing in travel toothbrush and oral care products. Our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you.

3. Products & Pricing We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time without notice. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Fulfillment is handled by our third-party supplier. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. For customized or print-on-demand items, cancellations are not accepted after payment.

5. Shipping Shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Travio is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, international conflicts).

For orders shipped to Israel, packages may be delivered to self-pickup lockers. Customers are advised to check with their local post office if a package is not received.

6. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at traviopack.com/policies/refund-policy. Key points:

  • General returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-defective items.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days with photo evidence.
  • Customized and print-on-demand items are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Disputes All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery tracking update. After this window, cases cannot be reopened. To open a dispute, contact us at moskobroskol@gmail.com with your order number and supporting evidence.

8. Limitation of Liability Travio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Travio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
